Methodologies

ENDA has developed over the years working art methodologies.

Its working methodologies are formulated, structured and applied in particular through the LDRE Methodologies. They are scalable.

Here are six of its methodological principles:

Approach and Project Modes

Consider the practice of art from the perspective of the approach and the project. The approach being an ethical line on the scale of a life, the project one of its punctual materializations.

The agility

What is formulated is quickly expressed in a clear and succinct manner. The limitation to 280 characters for the definitions of approaches and projects allows an agile and relevant approach.

The Collective Intelligence

Contrary to the academic art schools, in the context ENDA, the practitioners works together with and for each one in a spirit of collective intelligence. What is formulated by a practitioner is checked and increased by others.

A Global Vue

An art project is never considered as pure art so it is considered in a certain integrality. When you formulate an artistic project, you also formulate its economy, its terminology, its sociability, its administrative, legal and fiscal status, its human resources, its strategy… .

The Transversality

The working groups are heterogeneous, multicultural, intergenerational and cross-sectoral. This enormous intelligent matter is spread in the groups and each practitioner is thus enriched by the others of the group.

The Horizontality

There is no vertical hierarchy in the school frame. From teacher to practitioner, the research groups and the participants work together in a horizontal logic. A practitioner who occupies an important position will share her/his expertise with a practitioner without any experience at this point.
